DeepHow may disclose your Personal Information to a third party without your consent if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other application users or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. If you do not wish to receive them, you must delete your account with us.

DeepHow uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Information is secure, including https protocol and encryption. Every user of DeepHow services has an account on our platform.
The Personal Information of all our subscribers are available to them through their account. To review and update your Personal Information to ensure it is accurate, you may login into your account to make the changes, or you may contact us through our official channel or Website. If we are unable to provide access or disclose information to you, we will explain why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
If you want to delete your account, you may inform us officially. All Personal Information linked to your account will be deleted at your request as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the law. When such a request to delete your account is made, your data will be deleted from our production servers, and you will no longer be able to access your account. However, we may retain your Personal Information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms of service, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. It is also to be noted that your information that has been shared with third parties is no longer accessible by us and we cannot guarantee its deletion or modification.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we always do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Application and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
DeepHow will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for purposes for which it was collected. The precise period will depend on the reason why it was collected. Those periods are also based on the requirements of applicable data protection laws, applicable legal and regulatory requirements and periods relating to the commencement of legal actions.
There may be reason for us to update this Privacy Policy and data management practices at any time. Any changes we make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. You will be notified of such changes by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this DeepHow Application prior to the change becoming effective. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as it has been updated or otherwise communicated to you.
